We know that the safe and efficient transport of your goods is important to you. Safety, security and efficiency is of utmost importance to us too, which is why we have introduced new systems to ensure we uphold our commitment to service excellence in the transport industry.
We are proud to announce we have introduced a fully integrated Freight Management System (FMS) which allows us to track and trace all consignments in our systems at consignment and/or item level.
The FMS links all imaged Proof of Delivery documents (PODs) to each consignment and provides transparent track and trace capabilities for our customers online.
We can import Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) files of manifested consignments giving us more accurate reporting capabilities and improved customer service levels.
In addition to the FMS, we now have a central customer service database which links all data from the FMS into one simple location. All phone enquiries are entered into the database during the initial phone conversation. This will then bring up all scanning information as well as a POD image if one is available for the consignment in question.
We aim to answer enquiries on the spot which we mark as answered and then sort for later analysis. If the enquiry is ongoing, updates can be entered as it information comes to hand.
